Welcome to the Intelligence Center Assessment!
Before you begin, let's set the stage...
We have all 3 centers (head, heart, body) within us. One shows up dominantly, one neutrally, and one neglected. The function of our Intelligence Centers is to help us understand how to best make decisions or take action. Our primary center is how we most commonly evaluate ourselves and others when moving through the world. The goal is to make sure we are living in integration based on our dominant center which you will be finding out today.
Before you begin, please read the instructions carefully. The assessment should take you no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
Rating Scale: For each of the 18 statements provided, you will be asked to rate your agreement on a scale of 1 to 10, where:
- 1 indicates strong disagreement or that the statement does not resonate with you at all.
- 10 indicates strong agreement or that the statement strongly resonates with you.
During the assessment, keep these things in mind:
Holistic Thinking: It’s essential to approach this assessment with a holistic mindset, considering your behaviors, tendencies, and reactions throughout various aspects of your life. Reflect on how you typically respond to situations, not just in your current growth cycle but across different phases of your life.
Honesty and Self-Reflection: Be honest with yourself as you respond to each statement. There are no right or wrong answers in this assessment. Your responses should reflect your genuine feelings and experiences.
Avoid Overthinking: Trust your initial instincts when rating each statement. Avoid overanalyzing or second-guessing your responses. Your first reaction is often the most accurate reflection of your inner self.
Interpreting Results: The assessment will analyze your ratings to determine whether you are primarily centered in your body, heart, or head. Keep in mind, this is just a starting place for exploration.
